The schedule will be posted on a monthly basis.

There will be 10 group classes available to attend a month.

Cost is  $100/month unlimited classes.  15% discount to all Firefighters, LEO, and military

Couple or Family rate is $160/month for 2.

Personal sessions are also available at $40/session.

All classes on listed days begin 0930,  other times are available for group classes upon scheduling, call for details!!!
