Central Florida CrossFit

Central Florida CrossFit is my home gym in Lake County, FL in the Eustis area.  I started in my last house with a garage gym and needed a bigger box, therefore built a new 2000 sq. ft. garage in the back of my new home for my new CrossFit gym.  This is my husband Dan, and my twin sons, Zachary and Ty.  I am a fulltime fire Lt./Paramedic in Lake County and a Level II CrossFit trainer, working on my Level III.  I have been a CrossFit trainer for about 3 years now and love it more than ever.
